Saint Xenia’s Orthodox Home For Kids ☦ Uganda
Support, Love, and a Home for poor, discriminated against and helpless children.
St. Xenia Orthodox Home for Kids is an Orthodox-based community organization in Uganda, established in late 2023. We are dedicated to reaching out to poor, discriminated against, and helpless children with love and support.
As of summer 2025, we care for 35 children. This number varies, as some children stay temporarily until a trusted guardian is found, while others remain with us permanently as orphans.
Our home and church operate under the supervision of the Diocese of the Holy Metropolis of Kampala and All Uganda, within the jurisdiction of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa.
